Equipment list for husky trekking

Below we have compiled a list of the necessary equipment that has proved its worth for us in the fall. All equipment must be carried independently. Bring less than you might think.
Before the tour, we will have a detailed check to add missing items or deposit any unnecessary items in Innset.

Personal luggage is stowed in the rucksack. A waterproof plastic bag inside or a suitable rain cover will keep your equipment dry.

The big four
  • Sleeping bag up to at least -5° comfort temperature
  • Sleeping mat
  • Backpack 60-75l
  • Tent (weatherproof tents from Nordic manufacturers such as Helsport and Hilleberg are preferable. Tents for several people can also be borrowed from us)
Clothes on the body
  • Underpants
  • Trekking pants
  • Shirt/shirt (preferably made of merino wool)
  • Sweater (functional fabric)

  • Waterproof hiking boots, no running shoes
